1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. To be eligible:
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, providing clear photos or videos of the defect or damage.
- Once approved, our team will arrange the return process.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will only be provided if a replacement is unavailable.
- Refunds will be processed in cash at the time of product pickup.
- If the product is found to be ineligible for return (e.g., used, damaged by the customer), the return request will be declined.
4. Exchanges
- If the item is damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement instead of a refund whenever possible.
- Exchange requests must follow the same process as returns.
